If you face liability litigation due to an incident covered on your homeowners’ or excess liability policy, you may choose your defense counsel from a panel of highly accredited law firms.

If the incident is covered under your excess liability policy, you can also be reimbursed — up to $10,000 — for reasonable expenses incurred by involving your personal attorney.
